"Radioactive Fran" is the title Fran earned herself, constantly giving off a bright green glow as a result of falling into radioactive waste at a very young age. Her mask and protective gear have made the people around her less wary than before, but Fran still wishes that she could just be treated the same as all the other kids.
Her shyness and gentle nature often stand in the way of her protecting herself against the mean remarks people will make about her. All this has resulted in Fran becoming a more drawn-back, overthinking, and overconscientious girl.
